What do you love most about your work?
The people. The CEO was away for his honeymoon and we ordered a 6’ tall cardboard cutout of him to stand in the office…we missed him (and his amazing musical playlists) that much.
One piece of advice you would give your 18 year old self:
Slow your roll. Relax. All that career stuff? You’ll figure it out (and hint: you’re going to LOVE what you do). So for now? Go live in Italy for 3 years and we’ll talk when you get back.
Your most recent culinary discovery and obsession:
Buvette. Buvette. Buvette. The cutest spot on the sweetest street in NYC’s West Village. Hands down the best salad in NYC (insanely fresh greens, buttery potatoes, perfectly roasted chicken). And ordering a healthy salad at lunch means you can have oodles of rose wine, as well.
Skincare product you can’t live without:
Pond’s Cold Cream. It’s like kryptonite for makeup. Swipe it on and everything comes off. I swear by it. I made a video about it.
Your motto in life:
Smile. I know it sounds like it should be a needlepoint pillow, but I am a happy person and I don’t shy away from telling people.
Cocktail of choice:
A Manhattan. I’m super fun after one of these.
At 9am each day, you are…
Running for the train. Applying mascara. Stuffing 19 Apple products and an apple into a clutch. Carrying two boys. All at the same time.
Nail color currently on your hands and feet:
Always red. The exact shade changes with the season. Fire-engine in summer, dark and brooding in the winter.
Your celebrity crush:
Ryan Gosling. Could someone make Crazy, Stupid, Love Pt 2 and just take outtakes of RG from the original. It would win all the Oscars.
Your longest lasting friendships?
Jocelyn Cloder and David Daly. Since kindergarten and beyond. They are my kids’ godparents and all that.
