Your current Netflix addiction:
House of Cards. Who can resist Robin Wright!
Your greatest achievement:
The relationships I have in my life, my family, my friends, the people I get to spend my work days with. I’m very lucky to have such wonderful people around me and feel like those relationships are the best thing!
One piece of advice you would give your 18 year old self:
Don’t be afraid. Just keep trying to learn new things. If you are learning, you are growing.
Skincare product you can’t live without:
I love the Chanel Hydra Beauty Gel Cream. It offers a pretty brightness and feels silky on my face.
Your last great read:
“One Click: Jeff Bezos and the Rise of Amazon.com” by Richard Brandt. Loved reading about the early days at Amazon. I found the vision and courage Bezos had in the early days to be very inspiring. He built something no one could have imagined - that takes boldness.
On Sunday, we’ll find you wearing:
Jeans and a long sleeve top from Everlane. Love their products – they are made of great materials, comfortable and casual.
The pair of jeans you will never grow tired of:
Actually a pair of Ralph Lauren Jeans I got years ago in Boston, where I’m from. They are straight legged and just the right length, and for some amazing reason have stood the test of time and kept making it through rounds of closet purges.
A secret talent we should know about:
I love doing comedic improv. Not sure that’s a “talent” per se, but it’s a wonderful hobby I discovered a few years back and it’s a total trip! There’s a ton of similarities between the best practices of improv and best practices of business – it’s a passion of mine that I try and encourage friends to try constantly!
At 9am each day, you are…
At my office, catching up with some of my team about yesterday’s sales, our strategy for the day with a coffee from La Colombe in Soho, which is around the corner from our offices.
If you weren’t the Head of Radial Innovation at Rent the Runway, you’d be...
I’d be starting my next company! Or working for Google X. I’ve heard they get involved in some pretty interesting stuff…
