Talking Top Tens: Fei Deyle

CEO & Founder, Lollipuff

Fei Deyle is the CEO and founder of Lollipuff, the only designer clothing and accessories marketplace that prescreens each and every listing for authenticity before it’s even listed. Before Lollipuff, she was a sales director for software and hardware solutions in the power industry. While this job was fulfilling, a blog that ultimately evolved into Lollipuff convinced her to take a risk and create her own dream job. For more about her, go here. Your biggest fashion faux pas, or a regrettable style phase:

My family was not well-off when I was younger, so my shopping options for clothing were very limited. When I was a kid, my go-to outfits were purple jeans with a purple promotional tee, or green jeans with a green promotional t-shirt.

Your greatest achievement:

Pursuing and capturing my husband’s heart was one of the best things I ever did. Thankfully it’s not the most difficult achievement, but definitely my greatest.

One piece of advice you would give your 18 year old self:

Learn things with purpose. Focus less on grades and more on application. Without future intention of using those skills, you just forget it all down the road.

Skincare product you can’t live without:

Eucerin lotion from the tub. It moisturizes my skin and makes it glow like no other product, including products that cost 10x as much.

The beauty product found in your bag at all times:

Lip balm. Usually Burt’s Bees. Lips age rapidly and are oftentimes overlooked.

The pair of jeans you will never grow tired of:

Skinny De Jeanne from Frame Denim. There’s a reason why celebrities love this brand.

The trend you hope never goes out of style:

Body-con. The human form is beautiful.

You decompress each day by:

I’ll either watch tv, chat with my husband, work out, or all of the above if I’m really lucky.

Your motto in life:

Try to always be kind.

Midnight snack of choice:

Popcorn. It’s healthy, crunchy, and salty!
