And more with Jennifer Bett Meyer…

At 9am each day, you are...

Usually very sweaty leaving SoulCycle (Sue will transform your life) or Flybarre (Brandon will transform your butt).

Charity/charities you support:

We volunteer once a month as a team at God’s Love We Deliver - I cannot stress how wonderful the organization is (please support them here!)

Favorite pizza topping:

The white clam pizza at Pepe’s in New Haven is pretty much the best thing that has ever happened to Connecticut.

Your longest lasting friendship?

I’ve had the same best friend since I was 8 years old - Rachel Strohmenger. She drives me insane at times, but she is the closest thing I have to a sister.

Your (real life) hero and why:

There are three women in my life that are my heroes - my mother, my aunt and my cousin. They are my lifelines and inspire me every single day.

Your current Netflix addiction:

I am addicted to Chef’s Table - if you love food and secretly wish you were a chef, it’s a must watch.

Favorite Instagram account to follow:

I love @theskimm - those girls are so inspirational. I am also addicted to reading theSkimm each morning.

What do you love most about your work?

It sounds cliche, but my clients and team. My clients continually push me, while my team always makes me laugh, especially my Managing Director and partner, Melissa Duren. She is pretty much the ying to my yang.

One piece of advice you would give your 18 year old self:

Stop over plucking your eyebrows. You will regret it in ten years, and even more after seeing Cara Delevingne.

Midnight snack of choice:

I have an insatiable sweet tooth so I usually go for a frozen York Peppermint Patty. If I am passing by Grand Central Station, I will duck in for a Zaro’s black and white cookie - it is the best cookie in the city.
