Your biggest fashion faux pas, or a regrettable purchase/style phase:
I was a heavy glitter abuser in the 90’s when I went to the clubs.
What do you love most about your work:
I love meeting women from all walks of life and really bonding with them. It’s fun to be able to say I have friends that are from all over and do all sorts of amazing creative things. I had a filmmaker in yesterday and we were taking about the Oscar contenders together. It was so much fun to listen to their insight and also to make her laugh with my own viewpoints. I am really lucky!
One piece of advice you would give your 18-year-old self:
Enjoy the journey more. Don’t be so serious. And don’t worry about anything—it will all work out in the end.
Skincare product you can’t live without and why:
Can’t live without my Rejuvenating Serum. It’s the only thing that makes my skin feel like it has any moisture in it. And it soothes my occasional eczema.
Go-to workout song on your most recent playlist:
Wow by Prince and 3RDEYEGIRL. In fact that whole album is my current obsession.
Where does your credit card get the most use:
Amazon—I buy all my art supplies there and my son is super into reading so I feel like I order from there all the time!
A secret talent we should know about:
I can imitate ANY person in voice/accent/mannerisms. It’s totally my hidden talent.
You decompress each day by:
Taking a spin class on my Peloton bike or painting. It always does the trick.
Nail color currently on your hands and feet:
Navy blue on both. My hands have gel on them with a pretty design from Paintbox. I had the Globes last weekend and I have a wedding to go to his weekend so I decided to be fancy.
What is the best gift you’ve ever received:
My son wrote me a love poem for Valentine’s Day one year. Heaven!
