Dear Rank & Style Readers,

We at Rank & Style stand with the Black Lives Matter movement, and we are committed to taking part in the fight against racial injustice and systemic inequality. We hope our community of readers will stand with us, too.

As a team, we are taking the necessary steps to ensure we are properly educated and equipped with the tools needed to support this movement. We must do better, and we are committed to doing better. As such, here are our commitments to you moving forward:

1. We commit to creating content that embraces diversity and supports the Black Lives Matter movement. We pledge to use our platform to highlight businesses, brands, and founders who are making a difference and standing in solidarity with the movement. We will highlight inclusive brands and minority-owned businesses through our editorial features as well as diversify our content and imagery across our channels.

2. We commit to increasing the racial and ethnic diversity of our team. We know we have work to do here?—from fostering a more inclusive company culture to fulfilling internal hiring goals that ensure our team accurately represents the communities we serve. Moving forward, and as we grow our team, these initiatives are a top priority.

3. We commit to listening, learning, and continually improving. We've assembled a task force that will meet monthly to ensure we live up to these commitments, we will educate ourselves and our team through anti-racism and diversity courses, and we will continually seek additional opportunities to support the movement throughout the business.

We hope to support our Black readers through these efforts, build a better, more inclusive business, and provide the best shopping platform that serves all races and ethnicities.

We know actions speak louder than words. Starting today, we are working diligently to implement these changes.
