Favorite Instagram account to follow:
I’m obsessed with Kate Arends’ Instagram, @witanddelight_. She’s an art director who has incredible style, a beautiful home, and a labrador puppy, to top it all off.
Your greatest achievement:
This didn’t require a lot of effort on my part, but I donated my stem cells to a leukemia patient and it worked!
What do you love most about your work?
I love hearing from readers who are cooking more at home and eating better because they found my blog. That’s the best.
One piece of advice you would give your 18 year old self:
Be bold! Don’t let fear get in the way.
The trend you hope never goes out of style:
Skinny jeans. They work for me.
Your last takeout order:
Chipotle salad bowl with all the salsas.
Where does your credit card get the most use?
I’m a sucker for J.Crew’s final sale items. Those emails are so much trouble.
Your most quirky characteristic:
I tend to be embarrassingly straightforward. Sometimes conversations call for more nuance!
You decompress each day by:
Taking my dog, Cookie, on a long walk around the neighborhood.
Your dream dinner party guest:
I’d really love to have dinner with Mindy Kaling. She cracks me up.
