One piece of advice you would give your 18 year old self:

Marissa

Don’t be afraid. Just keep trying to learn new things. If you are learning, you are growing.

Your last great read:

Marissa

One Click: Jeff Bezos and the Rise of Amazon.com” by Richard Brandt. Loved reading about the early days at Amazon. I found the vision and courage Bezos had in the early days to be very inspiring. He built something no one could have imagined - that takes boldness.

On Sunday, we’ll find you wearing:

Marissa

Jeans and a long sleeve top from Everlane. Love their products – they are made of great materials, comfortable and casual.

R&S

The pair of jeans you will never grow tired of:

Marissa

Actually a pair of Ralph Lauren Jeans I got years ago in Boston, where I’m from. They are straight legged and just the right length, and for some amazing reason have stood the test of time and kept making it through rounds of closet purges.

A secret talent we should know about:

Marissa

I love doing comedic improv. Not sure that’s a “talent” per se, but it’s a wonderful hobby I discovered a few years back and it’s a total trip! There’s a ton of similarities between the best practices of improv and best practices of business – it’s a passion of mine that I try and encourage friends to try constantly!

R&S

At 9am each day, you are…

Marissa

At my office, catching up with some of my team about yesterday's sales, our strategy for the day with a coffee from La Colombe in Soho, which is around the corner from our offices.

R&S

If you weren’t the Head of Radial Innovation at Rent the Runway, you’d be...
