What do you love most about your work?

<p>I love a workout environment that is peaceful and calm so that I can focus on myself and my clients! Sometimes I won’t use any music at all but I do love beautiful classical music. Piano concertos are some of my favorites and I of course adore dancing and training to Mozart, Bach and Beethoven.</p>

<p>I think it is so important to be true to yourself, and your dreams. Don't listen to the critics, work hard and stay focused and you can accomplish anything you set your mind to!</p>

Your go-to power outfit:

<p>Enjoying a nice evening and meal with my family. When I walk in the door I put my phone on airplane mode so we can all catch up and relax, and then I will pick it up again after everyone is in bed. If I have the time I love taking a hot bath with Epsom salt and coconut oil for the skin to pamper the muscles and really relax.&nbsp;</p>

You decompress each day by:

<p>I spend a lovely day with my family! If the weather is nice, we would have a picnic in Central Park! A quick run to the market to pick up a few healthy pre-made salads, bread, cheese, fruit and chocolate and we would enjoy a nice meal al fresco. Afterwards the kids could play in the park and we would have a relaxing afternoon.&nbsp;</p>

Your whole day was just canceled and your schedule is wide open, what do you do:

In addition, sustainability is a key tenet of the brand; all of the gold used is recycled, the stones are ethically sourced or repurposed, and packaging is optional.</p><p>In addition, Nicole has built Bumpsuit, a chic alternative to maternity wear which she launched just after the birth of her third child.
