Strategic problem solving with a team. I love that startups can find creative, strategic solutions and work miracles – it’s something that more mature companies can learn from. 

Let life lead you on a different path and don’t fight it so hard. Sometimes we believe we are good at something, but fail to see that we may be amazing at something else.

Harmless Harvest coconut water. I’ve been trying to find a case of it so I never run out. It’s the best coconut water I’ve had and I’ve gotten many friends equally addicted to it. 

Color correcting concealer by Bobbi Brown. I inherited dark circles under my eyes, which leads everyone to think I don’t sleep enough. A make up artist on a shoot for Fashion Week taught me how to cover them with this miracle worker.  

I write and just finished writing a five episode web series that’s in pre-production based on my experiences in the start up world, both as an entrepreneur and an employee. 

Pencil skirt and closed toe stilettos. Hands down – every time. Power outfits are what you feel most comfortable in, and those two things feel natural to me. 

Grabbing coffee with my husband. We launched our first company together, went to law school together, and studied for the NY bar together. He’s seen me handle some of our most stressful times and always helps me understand what I can do better, while still being supportive. That coffee time is critical. 

Cigarette pants and a loose top are my favorites. If I could also keep this oversized sweater trend going forever, I’d be the happiest I’ve ever been.  

I support BrightScholars.org because they take a holistic approach to solving educational needs for children in Pakistan. In New York, I support Hunger Van – you can host a Hunger Van event at your place/office where they will bring everything needed to make sandwiches and salads for the homeless. You help make the food, and they will go distribute it. It’s an amazing organization. 

I love Café Mogador on St. Marks. It’s the only brunch place that has Zaatar pita, hummus, and haloumi cheese with poached eggs. It’s practically magical.
