My family was not well-off when I was younger, so my shopping options for clothing were very limited. When I was a kid, my go-to outfits were purple jeans with a purple promotional tee, or green jeans with a green promotional t-shirt.

Learn things with purpose. Focus less on grades and more on application. Without future intention of using those skills, you just forget it all down the road.
