<p>I started HNS do to the lack of information and education around health. I want girls to choose their health over the beauty ideal and they need a platform to show them how.</p>

What inspired you to start Healthy Is The New Skinny:

<p>Every day is different but Starbucks is always involved.</p>

Describe your typical day:

<p>I would say, my husband, because he always supports me and pushes me to keep going!</p>

Who has had the biggest impact on your career:

<p>This life isn't about looking good, it is about feeling good in your soul. If you aren't feeling good, something is off and it is time to return to yourself and figure out what brings you joy... It usually comes with helping others.</p>

One piece of advice you would give your 18 year-old-self:

<p>Keeping the promises you make to yourself is difficult but it is how you form healthy habits that turn into a healthy lifestyle.</p>

Best tips to maintaining a healthy lifestyle:

<p>Working out has become a great stress reliever for me, even if it just a walk.</p>

How do you decompress each day:

<p>Yoga pants or something flowing and colorful.</p>

Share your biggest guilty pleasure:

<p>I am going to continue to educate myself and others on media manipulation and how we can make this world a better place. I will do everything in my power to raise empowered children and we are looking to foster and adopt next! All we can do is spread more love in the best way we can and that is what I plan to do!</p>
