Success is hard work, luck, and never giving up. If you can remember that you will go far.

One piece of advice you would give your 18 year old self:

I use the <a href="http://www.avamdproducts.com/gly-sal-5-2-pads.html">facial toner wipes from Dr. Ava Shamban</a> a few times a day. They really cleanse and nourish my face. It keeps me hydrated when I fly.

Skincare product you can’t live without:

I love that it’s constantly changing creatively. Starting a fashion company requires you to wear a million hats, and I love the diversity of all that I do on a daily basis.

What do you love most about your work?

I am a red wine girl. My husband and I gave up drinking for a month and he was&nbsp;amazing. I still had 1 glass of red every night!

Cocktail of choice:

I went through a phase where I would wear super short skirts and tummy bearing tops together in my early 20s. When I look at those photos I want to throw clothes over that young girl.

Your most regrettable style phase:

I am a country music lover. My playlist is filled with Zac Brown, Miranda Lambert and Taylor Swift.

Go-to workout song on your most recent playlist:

I have 2 friends who are like my sisters. My friend Mathilde and I met at summer camp when we were 7 and have been friends ever since. My friend Benton and I met in college and I could not imagine how boring my life would be without either one!

Your longest lasting friendship?

I would have loved to be a country singer, but sadly I have the WORST voice.
