How did you get started in your career:
It was literally God leading me to it! The story is way too long for this but all that I have gone through in my life was so I could share my journey and help people live their best life.
What do you love most about your work:
Helping to change people’s lives. Our homes are a reflection of who we are and how we live. When you create an environment that is warm, inviting and organized, you can completely change the energy of a space and create the home they never thought was possible!

Who has had the biggest impact on your career:
The women in my life. First my Mentor Kitty Moon Emery who passed away two years ago after a battle with pancreatic cancer and Jan Miller Rich who is the biggest literary agent in the world and such an amazing and brilliant business woman. Not as my agent but as a sister and best friend. Her love and advice are priceless!
One piece of advice you would give your 18-year-old-self:
“I am more than enough!”
First thing you do in the morning:
Have coffee in bed with my handsome husband Charlie and our pups, Winston and Lula Belle. The fireplace is always on... It’s on a remote. I love the instant ambiance.
You decompress each day by:
Reminding myself of all that I have to be grateful for. I love cooking dinner, it’s my love language and passion.
Your most recent beauty or fashion obsession:
I’m obsessed with the Valentino collection that just walked the runway in Paris. My heart skipped a beat when I saw its beauty and style and it reminds me of Audrey Hepburn. She impacted me as a small child as an icon and most importantly with her humanitarianism and work with UNICEF USA.
Your go-to power outfit:
Black! Depending on the occasion something in black! Black is powerful, sophisticated and can be modern or elegant depending on the occasion. I know, shocker for a girl that loves color... But black is a color and there’s a reason “The little black dress” is iconic.
Share your biggest guilty pleasure:
A huge stack of magazines while watching my fave: The Hallmark Channel! Yes, theHallmark Channel. This girl loves the positive and happy endings.
What’s the most exciting thing in your life right now:
This Moment. I’m working at really trying to stay present. Also working on a digital network called “MollHouse.” I’m super excited and soon I will be able to share with everyone.
