In the beginning of my career, I wanted to save the world. Today, I travel the world sharing my passion for all things skincare, plus, tips and tricks to get beautiful, glowing skin. Having clear and healthy skin can truly help give women the confidence they need to “save the world." When women tell me how I inspired them in some way, and I have made a difference to them, I am forever grateful.

I practice yoga as often as I can, wherever I can, all over the world. Shavasana, the closing pose in most yoga classes, can be challenging for me—you lie on the ground doing NOTHING, which means my mind can go 150,000 ways in a minute. This ‘song’, Sunset, reminds me wherever I am, how grateful I am to be there. 

No matter the circumstances, I always ask myself: What’s the worst that can happen? About to give a presentation? Try a new yoga pose? Give birth for the first time? These are all normal fears or sources of anxiety and really, what’s the worst that can happen?

It’s ok to make mistakes, even to FAIL (gasp), IF you learn from them. And you do, each and every time. It’s these challenges and disappointments in life that give you grit, that push you to a future success. Don’t be so hard on yourself. When you fall, you get back up and grow.

I was a gymnast when I was younger and I can still do cartwheels, splits, and full wheel ☺.

Honestly, after all the natural disasters in 2017, the ongoing global political issues and in our own backyard, the continued and devastating school shootings, watching the 2018 PyeongChang Olympic Winter Games gave me hope and re-inspired me. It gave me faith for my children’s future, our Country and eventually, world peace—is that asking for too much?
