Look for fast drying moisture wicking fabrics because you still sweat a lot in the cold, and wet fabric against your skin is honestly miserable. Layer a lightweight vest or puffer over it and take it off as you warm up.</li></ul>

A lot of joggers transition from working out to running errands without looking like loungewear.
