Nordstrom Rack’s clearance event takes up to 70% off, and select clearance styles and designer finds are marked down as much as 95%, with markdowns across women’s, men’s, kids’, shoes, bags and accessories, home, and beauty. Designer deals are running alongside the clearance, too, with rag & bone designer classics up to 70% off and Vince and AllSaints apparel up to 65% off.

If you're shopping on a budget, start with the Clearance Under $25 section, where you can filter by department.

To catch the newest cuts, check the New Markdowns page, where newly reduced clearance arrivals are up to 75% off. It breaks out fresh price drops for women, men, kids, shoes, bags and accessories, home, and beauty. And if you’re a Nordy Club member, keep an eye out for Clear the Rack, when members get to shop clearance before anyone else.

Fall has landed at Nordstrom Rack, and the markdowns are here. You’ll find up to 65% off fall clothing and shoes, picks from Nordstrom Rack’s 125th anniversary sale, and up to 70% off during the Holiday Gift Event.

The Nordy Club is Nordstrom's free loyalty program, and it's one of the easiest ways to save more at Nordstrom Rack. There's no cost to join, and you can start saving as soon as you sign up.

Here are the main perks for Rack shoppers.

Earn Nordstrom Notes to Spend at the Rack

You earn points on Nordstrom purchases, not Nordstrom Rack purchases, but your Rack spending still counts toward status upgrades. Every 1,000 points converts into a $10 Nordstrom Note, which works like cash in store, online and in the app at Nordstrom Rack.

Clear the Rack Early Access

Clear the Rack sales take an extra 25% off red-tag clearance, and Nordy Club members get to shop them before anyone else.

Shop It First

Turn on Nordstrom Rack app notifications to get alerts on new in-store arrivals and early access to sales and private flash events, then pick up your order in store the same day for free.

Birthday Discount

Members get $10 off during their birthday month, good once at Nordstrom Rack stores and online. Your birthday needs to be saved in your account at least 30 days beforehand.

Rack Up Rewards

The Rack runs member-only Rack Up Rewards throughout the year, with seasonal offers and exclusive discounts on favorite brands. You'll find them in the Nordstrom Rack app under the Accounts tab, and new members typically see their first reward within eight hours of joining.

Member Sweepstakes: Win a $100 Promo Card

Nordy Club members can enter for a chance to win a $100 promo card in monthly drawings through October 31, 2026. Members can enter by shopping in store or online, or by mail, and no purchase is necessary. Terms apply, so check the official rules before you enter.

Nordy Club Tiers

The program has four tiers based on how much you spend per year:

• Member: Free to join, no spending requirement.
• Influencer: $500 per year.
• Ambassador: $5,000 per year.
• Icon: $15,000 per year, requires a Nordstrom credit card.

The Rack perks above are the same at every level, but higher tiers unlock additional benefits at Nordstrom like Personal Double Points Days and invite-only events.

The Nordstrom Rack app sends alerts on price drops and new arrivals, and Nordy Club members get access to app-exclusive perks, including Rack Up Rewards. You can also sign up for Rack emails to hear about new markdowns and private sales.

The Nordstrom credit card unlocks a few extra ways to save at Nordstrom Rack that you won't get as a regular shopper.

$40 Welcome Bonus

When you apply and get approved for a new Nordstrom credit card, you'll get a $40 Nordstrom Note to use on your next purchase. The Note typically lands in your Nordy Club account within 7 to 10 business days of approval.

5% Off Every Nordstrom Rack Purchase

Every time you use your Nordstrom card at the Rack, 5% comes off automatically. This applies at every cardmember tier.

Earn Up to Three Points Per Dollar at Nordstrom

Cardmembers start at the Influencer tier and earn more than the standard one point per dollar on Nordstrom purchases. Points aren't earned on Nordstrom Rack purchases, but your Rack spending still counts toward tier upgrades, and the Notes you earn can be spent at the Rack.

Here's what each tier earns at Nordstrom when you use your card:

• Influencer (starting tier): Two points per $1.
• Ambassador ($5,000/yr): Three points per $1.
• Icon ($15,000/yr): Three points per $1.

You also earn two points per dollar on gas, groceries, dining and streaming, and one point per dollar on everything else outside Nordstrom.

Once you earn 1,000 points, you’ll get a $10 Nordstrom Note.

Free Shipping at Ambassador and Icon

Cardmembers at the Ambassador and Icon tiers get free shipping on every NordstromRack.com order, with no minimum purchase.

There are three ways to skip the $9.95 shipping fee at Nordstrom Rack:

• Spend $89 or more: Orders that hit the $89 threshold ship free. If your cart is just under that, a cheap add-on like a pair of socks can push you over the line.
• Hold a Nordstrom card at Ambassador or Icon level: Cardmembers at these top two tiers get free shipping on every Nordstrom Rack order, regardless of size.
• Pick up your order in store: If you live near a Nordstrom Rack location, you can choose in-store pickup at checkout and skip the shipping cost entirely.

Nordstrom Rack drops new flash events regularly, featuring popular brands for a limited time. These sales typically last just a few days. Right now, that includes Rhone at up to 55% off.

Check the Flash Events page under "New & Now" to see what's live, and turn on app notifications if you're a Nordy Club member, since members get early access to private flash events.

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you have 40 days to return eligible items for a full refund to your original payment method. Holiday purchases made October 5 through December 24 can be returned until January 18, 2027, or 40 days after purchase, whichever is later. Items must be unworn with tags attached. Final Sale items are not eligible.

You can return items two ways:

• In store: Free at any Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack location
• By mail: $9.95 per shipping label (online orders only)

Store purchases cannot be returned by mail.

If this is your first order, use the 25% off code before you do anything else. It applies with no spending minimum, so you keep the discount whether you're buying one item or filling a cart. Most first-time shoppers don't realize there's no threshold to hit.

If you're already planning to spend $150 or more, switch to the 30% off code instead. It only kicks in at that spending level, but it saves you more once you're there, so it's worth checking your cart total before you check out.

And no matter which code you use, keep an eye on the Clear the Rack section for deeper markdowns. Those prices are often too low to combine with a promo code, but they beat the discount either way.
