I’m not quite as obsessed with celebrities as I was in my teens and early twenties, but let’s be honest: if a celeb I love (hi, Jennifer Aniston) is using a product I’ve never tried—and it’s affordable—I’m still 100% likely to cave.
Make it a comfortable pair of flip flops under$50 ? Living in Texas, where sandals are practically a year-round necessity, that's an easy yes for me.
So when I read about Archies Footwear—a brand that set out to create flip flops comfy enough for all-day wear—and saw that Jennifer Aniston had been spotted wearing them (in not one but three different colors, mind you), my "add to cart" instinct kicked in fast. As a longtime member of the "If-Jen-Likes-It-I'll-Try-It" club, getting myself a pair was inevitable. What I didn’t expect? Just how much I'd love actually wearing them.
Simple design? Check. Legit arch support? Check. A customizable fit? Check. These flip flops had everything I didn’t even realize I needed. And because I work at Rank & Style, where we take recommending the good stuff very seriously, I’m breaking down exactly why I’m officially hooked—and why you might want to grab a pair, too.
(Trust me: It’s way more satisfying being early to a trend than fighting the sold-out battle later.)

I hinted at it already, but it deserves to be said again: these flip flops are simple and sleek—and I mean that in the best way possible. I tend to go for minimal styles, especially with sandals, and Archies just nails it. Their Arch Support Flip Flops come in tons of colors and have a super streamlined shape that makes them easy to wear with basically anything.
And if you’re into the whole "I'm not trying too hard" aesthetic (hi, same), you’ll love how easy it is to throw these on with jeans, shorts, or even a dress. Plus, they're made from one solid, ultra-strong piece, which means no plugs and no broken straps. If you’ve ever had a flip flop disaster mid-day (and who hasn't?), this feature alone is a total game-changer.

Arch Support That Actually Makes a Difference

It’s literally in the name, and they mean it. I wasn’t sure what to expect from flip flops that claimed to be supportive—but the second I slipped them on, I got it. You can feel the difference right away thanks to the 1-inch of orthotic arch support. It’s not something I’ve ever actively looked for in sandals, but after a few hours of wearing mine, I was convinced.
And while I’m not usually someone who prioritizes arch support, I already know I’ll be raving about this feature to my friends and family (you all just get to hear it first—lucky you).

A Custom Fit You Didn't Know You Needed

Here’s the part I found genuinely impressive: these flip flops actually customize to your feet. When I first got mine, I noticed on the packaging (because yes, I read those things) that the straps and the footbed are designed to stretch and mold to your shape.
If you need a little more space in the straps? Just gently stretch them. Want the footbed to mold perfectly to your foot? Just wear them around and let them do their thing.
Sometimes it’s the little things that really set a product apart—and this little touch definitely did it for me.
They feel like they were made for me, and that’s not something I can say about most sandals.
The Bottom Line
Between the celeb stamp of approval, the comfort, the durability, and the just-right design, these flip flops are officially part of my permanent rotation.
If you’re even thinking about it, trust me—just get a pair. Your feet (and future summer outfits) will thank you.
