Ulta Beauty Coupons for October 2026

Before you start shopping, log in to your Ulta Beauty Rewards account, or create one if you don't have one yet. It only takes a minute, and it makes the whole process smoother and helps you get more out of your purchase (more on that in a minute).

Once you're logged in, here's how to apply your code:

1. Add all your Ulta Beauty favorites to your cart—think skincare from The Ordinary, makeup from Tarte, or haircare from Olaplex.
2. Click the shopping bag icon in the top right corner to view your cart.
3. Under the order summary, click the plus sign next to where it says "Add a coupon."
4. In the box that drops down (as seen in the image above), paste your coupon code and click the “Apply” button.
5. Make sure the discount appears under your order summary and that the estimated total has adjusted to the new price.
6. Then, click the black "Checkout" button to complete your order.

One thing to know: Ulta only lets you apply one coupon code per order at checkout, so if you've collected a few, make sure you choose the one that saves you the most.

Why You Should Log In Before You Apply Your Coupon and Check Out

You can check out as a guest, but you'll get a lot more out of your coupon if you're logged in. Here's why.

• You’ll earn points for every dollar you spend. As a member, you'll earn 1 to 1.5 points per dollar spent, and you can redeem those points for discounts on future purchases. If you check out as a guest, you're not tracking that spend, so you lose out on the points that come with it.
• You can stack rewards discounts with coupons. If you've earned rewards points, you can redeem them for a discount and apply that on top of a coupon. Ulta only allows one coupon code per order, but your rewards discounts count separately, so you actually get two ways to save on the same order.
• Free shipping kicks in sooner. When you check out as a guest, you'll need to spend $35 to qualify for free standard shipping. If you're logged in as a member and you’ve reached Diamond status (which requires spending $1,200 a year), you'll get free shipping when you spend $25.

Text ULTA to 95637 to sign up for Ulta's text alerts, and they'll send you a one-time code for 10% off your purchase. Just a heads up that you have to use it within seven days, and it excludes Chanel, Dyson, the 5-for-$5 and 5-for-$10 deals, Beauty Steals, and clearance items. But it does work on prestige brands and fragrance, so it's definitely worth signing up.

Beyond signing up for texts, there are a few other ways to score a discount. These are the promotions running right now (you'll find the always-on ways to save, like Rewards, the credit card, and Replenish & Save, in their own sections below).

• Up to $130 off Dyson hair tools: Ulta is taking up to $130 off select Dyson hair styling tools, which is a good one to know about since the text-signup code doesn't work on Dyson.
• Up to 45% off Dr. Brandt: Save up to 45% on select Dr. Brandt products.
• Up to 20% off beauty bundles: Bundles and sets are discounted by up to 20%, so it's a smart time to stock up on a full routine.
• Free $10+ gift card: Ulta is offering a free gift card worth $10 or more, so check the deal for what qualifies.
• $25 off salon services: If you're booking an appointment at The Salon at Ulta Beauty, you can take $25 off your service.

Ulta Beauty Rewards® is free to join, and it's one of the easiest ways to save without hunting for a code. New members get 10% off, and every purchase after that earns points:

• Member: 1 point per $1
• Platinum (spend $500 in a calendar year): 1.25 points per $1
• Diamond (spend $1,200 in a calendar year): 1.5 points per $1, plus free shipping on orders of $25 or more, an annual $25 off a beauty service, and a Diamond gift

Once you hit 100 points, you can turn them into dollars off. The longer you save, the more each point is worth. You can also use points on the same order as a coupon code.

Two more perks worth knowing: add your birthday to your profile and opt in to emails, and you'll get a birthday gift coupon plus double points all month. Ulta also runs bonus-point offers you can activate in the app. Just keep an eye on your balance, since Member points expire at the end of the quarter one year after you earn them (Platinum and Diamond points don't expire as long as you keep your status).

When you're approved for an Ulta Beauty Rewards® Credit Card, you'll get 20% off your first purchase made with the card. Apply and get approved in store, and you can use the card (and the discount) on the spot. If you apply online, the discount arrives with your card in the mail. After that, you'll earn double points on every Ulta purchase.

There are two versions: the Ulta Beauty Rewards® Credit Card only works at Ulta Beauty, while the Mastercard® version also earns 1 point for every $3 you spend anywhere else. Just remember it's a real credit card application, so it will require a hard credit check.

For the products you go through every month (shampoo, moisturizer, your go-to mascara), Replenish & Save lets you set up automatic deliveries and take 5% off every recurring order. Shipping on those orders is free no matter how much you spend. One catch: you can redeem Rewards points on your first Replenish & Save order, but not on the ones after that.

Ulta's Today's Deals change constantly, but you can always expect to find deals worth up to 50% off. Some are gone within a day, while others last for around a week or two. Right now, that includes 20% off Good Molecules skincare essentials and 30% off select hair treatments. There are also gift-with-purchase offers, like a free Rare Beauty gift when you buy a Kind Words lip liner or a free Givenchy pouch on fragrance orders of $100 or more.

Ulta almost always has gift-with-purchase offers running, from free pouches with fragrance to brand gifts when you buy a specific product. You'll find them all in the Gifts With Purchase section of Ulta's Deals menu.

Rewards members get a few gifts of their own, too: a birthday gift each year (just add your birthday and opt in to emails), and Diamond members get a gift when they reach Diamond status.

There are a few easy ways to skip shipping fees at Ulta:

• Spend $35 or more: Free standard shipping is applied automatically on orders of $35 or more, so you don't even need a code.
• Reach Diamond status: Diamond members get free shipping on orders of $25 or more, every day.
• Sign up for Replenish & Save: Recurring orders always ship free, no matter how much you spend.
• Pick up in store or curbside: Order online and pick up your haul in store or curbside for free. Orders are often ready in two hours or less.

On orders under $35, standard shipping costs $6.95 and takes one to three days in transit once your order ships. If you need it faster, Expedited ($12.95) and Premium ($19.95) shipping are available, and Same Day Delivery from your local store through DoorDash is $6.95.

Students 16 and up who are enrolled in high school, college, or another degree-granting program can qualify for Ulta Student Perks. To get the perks, you'll need to join Ulta Beauty Rewards and then verify your student status through SheerID. When a student offer is live, like the current 10% discount code, it's emailed to you once you're verified. Your verification lasts a full year, so you'll keep getting Student Perks for 365 days.

• Sign up for texts to get a one-time code for 10% off your purchase.
• Open a Rewards Credit Card to get 20% off your first purchase once you're approved.
• Check Today's Deals regularly — discounts on select items can reach up to 50% off.
• Check for free gift offers. These are often found in the Today's Deals section, and some require a minimum spend, like $100 on fragrance.
• Get free standard shipping when you spend $35 or more.
• Get 30% off select hair treatment products.
